As embedded devices increasingly become connected devices, they land squarely in the cross hairs of hackers looking for entry points to a range of larger targets. As a result, embedded developers are under increasing pressure to elevate device security.
This session approaches device security at two levels. The Green Hills presenters will first survey common security issues in medical, automotive, aviation, consumer, and other industries—highlighting common attack strategies and known vulnerabilities. And to address these issues, the session will provide real-world insight on how developers can build security into their devices using industry-proven debug and compile tools.
