Richard CrispVP & CTOEtron Technology America

Richard D. Crisp is VP of Advanced Technology for Etron America where he is engaged in developing advanced DRAM architectures and multi-aperture imaging systems. He has designed CPUS, DRAM and SRAM memories, advanced packaging & imaging systems for more than 40 years. He has worked for Intel, Motorola, MIPS, Rambus, and Tessera. Richard was ISSCC Program Committee Chair in 2000, Vice Chair in '99, Mem Sub Committee Chair in '97-'98, and member of Mem Committee '91-'96. He has published many peer-viewed papers in journals and conferences such as the ISSCC, IEEE JSSC, SPIE JEI, ISMP, ICEP and IS&T and has 102 US Patents.

Richard was an honors graduate in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University with a focus in microelectronics and teaches SPIE Short Courses in image sensor design, characterization, and applications.
